Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 247/2023 expands the boundaries of the Twentieth Investment Zone in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The decision includes plots of lands belonging to land (C2) from (C2-1) to (C2-67). However, the ownership percentage of non-nationals in these plots should not exceed 50% of the real estate units. The Department of Municipalities and Transport is instructed to take the necessary measures in accordance with the applicable regulations. The decision was issued on 18/12/2023 and published in the Official Gazette Issue 12, P. 23.
